2026
- The “Digital Province” solution is being deployed in Umnugovi and Bulgan provinces.
- Core Space LLC was established to launch and operate the national Earth observation satellite.
2025
- The Hotula platform is being deployed under the “Digital City” solution to provide faster and more responsive municipal services.
2024
- The “Digital Province” solution was successfully implemented in Darkhan-Uul and Uvurkhangai as model provinces.
2023
- ICT Group acquired equity interests in Binary Systems LLC, QA Lab LLC, Khan Khulgun LLC, Eco-Invest LLC and Utility Solution LLC.
- ICT Group created “ICT Hamuga – Digital Ecosystem,” Mongolia’s first ecosystem of its kind in the information technology sector, bringing together more than 400 products and services from over 80 Mongolian companies.
2022
- ICT Group acquired equity interests in Mongolian artificial intelligence developers Chimege Systems LLC and Egune LLC, as well as Digital Agro Integration LLC, Geganet LLC, Metaforce LLC, Smart Solution LLC and UNIT LLC.
- As part of Ulaanbaatar’s digital transformation, the “Digital City” project—jointly implemented by more than 70 Mongolian information technology companies—was launched and introduced to the public.
- The “Digital Province” project, designed to improve quality of life through technology, was successfully implemented for the first time in Uvs Province.
2021
- ICT Group acquired equity interests in Innovation Investment LLC, developer of a national payment platform, as well as Amar Express LLC, Asterisk Technologies LLC, Digital Infosec LLC, Digital Lambda LLC, Digital Oracle Mongolia LLC, Mevento LLC, ProCraft LLC, SIM LLC, AbleSoft LLC and Intelligent Finance LLC.
- Mongolia’s first Security Token Offering—an equity-backed token—was issued and listed for trading on the trade.mn exchange.
- A project was launched to expand the iTools JSC data center and transform it into an international Tier III green data center designed for artificial intelligence workloads.
2020
- ICT Group acquired an equity interest in Digital Edu Management LLC, developer of an integrated education platform.
- A Japanese investment fund became a shareholder of ICT Group JSC.
2019
- AFC Umbrella Fund – AFC Asia Frontier Fund, an international investment fund registered in Hong Kong, became a shareholder of iTools JSC.
- e-Clinic LLC was established to develop an integrated healthcare platform, and equity interests were acquired in TowerSoft LLC, a hospital information system developer, and TerraSoft LLC, a laboratory information system developer.
- ICT Group acquired an equity interest in Nomad Geographic LLC, developer of a national geospatial information system.
- To strengthen corporate governance, transparency and disclosure, ICT Group converted into a closed joint-stock company and registered with the Securities Clearing and Settlement Center.
2018
- ICT Group initiated the establishment of Fibo Global LLC to develop a national cloud platform and became a shareholder in the company.
- National Blockchain Platform LLC was established to develop Jamuha, a Mongolian national blockchain platform.
2017
- Data Science LLC was established to develop software for the securities and financial sectors. It developed Mongolia’s first online stock-trading platform and first microloan application.
- Digital Exchange Mongolia LLC, Mongolia’s first cryptocurrency exchange, was established. Its trade.mn platform, developed by Mongolian engineers, enabled local users to trade cryptocurrencies.
- iTools listed its shares on the Mongolian Stock Exchange, becoming the country’s first publicly listed company in the information technology sector.
2015
- Cnet LLC was established to provide internet services.
2013
- The founders of iTools LLC established ICT Group LLC, iTheme LLC and iContent LLC. The shares of iTools LLC, iTheme LLC and iContent LLC were transferred to ICT Group LLC, bringing the companies under a unified group structure.
2011
- Intelligent Tools LLC was established to operate in software development and information technology.
